Terms and conditions
Willow Bank Barn is a self catering facility which is rented on the basis of an agreed length of time as a holiday
let and is not offered as a rental home. Specifically, regardless of the duration of rental, entry to the facility
does not confer any security of tenure. The agreed length of stay forms part of a legal agreement between the owners of Willow Bank Barn, Jennifer and Stuart Wineberg and you as the holiday maker. If any changes to the duration of stay are made they have to be agreed in writing by both you as the holiday maker and the owners of Willow Bank Barn.
Occupation must be limited to the maximum number of persons for the Accommodation agreed at the time of booking in the available beds only - no tents, caravans or campervans are allowed. The occupation limits are set in line with the level of services available. To exceed the maximum number of persons overloads the facilities available . As such any over-occupancy is considered to be a serious infringement of the Terms and Conditions and can result in an immediate requirement to vacate the premises, with no refund of monies due, and possible further charges in the event of damage to the facilities caused by excess usage
The holiday price includes all water, heating and electricity. Heating is by gas fired central heating. No additional heating source is permitted unless supplied by the owners. Broadband wireless service is provided but this is a low quality and intermittent service due to our rural location and cannot be guaranteed
The owners have the right of entry to the property at any time in order to deal with any maintenance issues that may arise. If possible, reasonable notice will be given
If on arrival at the Accommodation you discover that anything is missing or damaged then this must be reported to the owners immediately otherwise it will be presumed that the damage/loss was caused by the Visitor and a charge will be made.
Guests are requested to pay a refundable damage deposit of 10% of the total value of the booking at the time of booking. If no damage or breakages happen during your stay, the deposit will be refunded to you in full within 4 weeks of the end of your stay. Guests remain responsible for the cost of any breakages and/or damage caused in excess of the damage deposit.
Guests are requested to return the property to the same condition of cleanliness as on arrival before departing.
If this is not done, the owners reserve the right to use a commercial cleaner and to deduct the cost from the damage
deposit.
The owners recommend that Visitors hold personal insurance for accidental damage and personal liability.
All rooms and spaces in the accommodation are non-smoking. If guests smoke anywhere in the accommodation a charge equivalent to one days high season rental (£158 in 2013) will be made for deep cleaning. Guests are welcome to smoke outside
Children under 14 years old and pets of any kind are not permitted on the premises
The check-in time is after 2pm. Check-out Time is 11am.
